Pete Ellermann, Broker/Realtor/Short Sale Specialist, represents both buyers and sellers in Ventura County. He sells homes, ranches, raw land, commercial buildings, and industrial buildings. Pete strives for Exemplary Agency Representation for each of his clients; from the investor or manager of a portfolio to the owner or buyer of a condominium. Pete is a member of The Ventura County Regional Data Share MLS, CARETS MLS, The National Association of Realtors, The California Association of Realtors, The Camarillo Chamber of Commerce, The Sons of The American Legion, The National Eagle Scout Association, the American Poolplayers Association and the Gold Prospectors Association of America. Pete is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Camarillo Ranch Foundation.
